Independent and International
Founded in 2000 as an independent risk consultancy, MYR operates internationally, with a client base and networks in Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Our team of 15 people have a range of skills and experiences reflecting the diverse nature of risk management and the breadth of our services with each team member specialising in particular risk management disciplines.
We work with clients in structured review, assessment and planning sessions and support this work through teleconferences and email documentation exchange. In this way, although we are based in Australia, we can practically and cost effectively support our clients globally.
We work at all levels of an organisation, from board to operations, to help companies fully understand the risks they face across the business, to focus on priority issues and to develop cost effective ways of controlling them.
MYR’s senior and expert facilitators, supported in workshops by our specialist scribes, enable a broad review and substantial analysis of issues with practical and meaningful outcomes, ensuring your management’s time is minimised.
Increasingly, we work forensically to investigate risk, review and develop core processes and management systems and audit, advise and implement control strategies. Our role can extend to acting as an “outsourced” risk manager. We have a high level of capability in database development for information capture, analysis and reporting to your requirements.
